Can I get free shipping?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS at no charge to you. If you require an overnight shipment, there will be a charge. There is a charge for international orders.

We ship via USPS for orders shipped within the United States and FedEx for international orders. Tracking numbers are provided via an automatically generated email after your order is shipped.

How do I pay for my ZAANHA purchase?
You can pay by credit card, Pay Pal or by check. Please note, that your check will have to clear our bank before your order is shipped.
Can I use PayPal?
Yes.
Is it safe to use my credit card or debit card on ZAANHA?
Yes, all of our transactions are processed over a secure SSL.
When do I get charged for my purchase?
At the time you place your online order.
Why was my credit card declined?
Either the incorrect number was entered or the credit limit was exceeded. Please contact your bank or credit provider for more information.
Does ZAANHA charge sales tax?
Yes. For Connecticut and New York State customers

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

What is the ZAANHA Return Policy?
All items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 35 days of the original shipment date from ZAANHA as long as they are unworn, unused and have the original tags.
How do I make a return?
Package the item and return it to ZAANHA at 200 Brick School Rd., Warren, CT 06754
How do I know the status of my return?
As long as you include tracking on your return you can see when ZAANHA receives the item.
Does ZAANHA pay for return shipping?
No.
Does ZAANHA pay for return shipping for international orders?
No.
Will you accept my return late if it’s delayed by weather-related issues?
Returns are accepted within 35 days of the original shipment date from ZAANHA.
How long does it take to see my return credit in my account?
We credit all returns within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.
Does ZAANHA offer exchanges?
Yes. If the item has the original tags, has not been worn and is in the same condition as shipped, we are happy to make an exchange. Please contact customer service at customerervice@zaanha.com with the details of the item you would like to return as well as the new item you wish to order.
